OUR RESTAURANT OFFERS SOME OF THE FINEST DINING ON THE ISLAND WITH A CONSTANTLY EVOLVING MENU USING THE ISLANDS FINEST INGREDIENTS
Chef Damien and his team work tirelessly to produce some of the best food available on this beautiful island, and our 5* TripAdvisor rating is testament to this hard work. We operate both an A La Carte and a bar menu, sourcing the finest ingredients from both local suppliers, and from further afield to create a comprehensive, modern, and above all delicious offering.
It’s hard to say what Damien’s signature dish is, given that all are executed with such flair, but we urge you to try Hake and garlic prawns from the A La Carte, or the sea bass sandwich for lunch from the bar menu, it is a work of art! The menu changes seasonally, according to what is fresh and good from the Island, so please check the menu section for regular updates.
